February is Heart Health Month and we need your help to showcase how healthy beef can be! We ask that you send us a picture of you wearing RED! Wear a red wild rag, hat, shirt, jacket, etc.; anything goes as long as it is red. The picture can be old or new. Pictures with your cows, promoting beef to consumers, reading to students or legislative visits are all great but not required.

Deadline is Friday, February 10th. Email your pictures to cheyenne.sparks@hotmail.com or text them to 405-351-0353. Please include your name & state.
