SBCCW NEWSLETTER:Save the dates! We have two exciting dinners coming up. First the "Cowbell of the Year" on Sept 14th, held at The Red Barn. Second will be a new event called "Bo-Vine" which will be a wonderful evening of beef, food and wine pairing, all locally sourced with a demonstration on meat cuts. Held on Sept 24th at the Carriage Museum.

*We are looking for any SBCCW members who might have local youth groups or schools that would be interested in having one of us make AITCR presentations. We also now have a nice library of mostly elementary level books about BEEF (a couple of piggy ones too). that can be used or lent to school or libraries. We definitely need members to help with presentations!!!!
Presentations currently being used are:Wow the CowBeef By ProductHuman Nutritional Facts that Meat SupplyBeef Identification and BrandsHow Beef Animals are also Stewards of the Land (Recycling, Fire Abatement, Land tillage, etc.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered to help at the Santa Barbara County Fair this year! Cynthia Signorelli was even able to do a small interview for a news channel at the fair.
